We will collaborate with you to determine the optimal packing method based on your requirements, including: destination country, shipping mode (air/sea), fragility, presence of metal inserts, and any special handling instructions.
Typical packaging options include:
Molds: Export-standard wooden crate (fumigated or non-fumigated per ISPM15), lined with moisture-proof film and foam padding;
Plastic Parts: PE bag + thermoformed tray + double-wall carton, or custom interior packaging per your drawing.

A: The standard production cycle is 25-35 days, covering the full process from design confirmation, mold trial to mass production. We also offer an expedited service—with the fastest turnaround time of 15 days upon mutual confirmation.

Q: How do you ensure dimensional accuracy meets requirements?

A: We implement a strict two-stage precision control system to guarantee dimensional accuracy:

1. Design Phase: Adopt 3D scanning and reverse engineering technology to ensure a 99.9% matching rate between design drawings and physical samples;

2. Machining Phase: Utilize Swiss-imported 5-axis CNC machines (with an accuracy of ±0.002mm) for processing, followed by full inspection via a 3-coordinate measuring machine to eliminate dimensional deviations.

Q: Do you support small-batch customization? What is the MOQ?

A: We provide flexible small-batch customization with zero MOQ threshold, tailored to meet diverse business needs:

- Mold: MOQ of 1 set is acceptable. For shared mold needs, we offer a shared mold ownership model to split the mold cost;

- Injection-molded parts: Minimum order of 100 pieces is available. We adopt modular mold design to effectively reduce the production cost of small-batch orders.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: Our standard payment term is 50% advance payment + 50% final payment upon mass production completion. Other payment terms can be negotiated.
